fixed osdd for firefox browsers
i'm attempting to switch my preferred browser from `ungoogled-chromium` to GNU `icecat` and opensearch does not work in past versions because they lack the `title` attribute in the `link rel=search` element.
this release fixes this and adds a prompt to firefox users to add the engine in one click.
