This implementation of the ASN.1 unaligned PER encoding and decoding library is an extension of
https://github.com/alexvoronov/geonetworking
licensed under the Apache License 2.0
the class TypeResolver (renamed and simplified as SimpleTypeResolver) is copied from
https://github.com/jhalterman/typetools
jhalterman/typetools licensed under the Apache License 2.0
The changes compared to geonetworking include:
- logging framework exchanged to be independent from the specific logging implementation used there
- support for asn.1 default values added
- support for asn.1 extensions added
