+Rocket modelling is a sport that dates back in the beginnings of the second half of 20th century. It started in 1954 with Orville Carlisle prototyping the model rocket motor and gained popularity after the launch of the first artificial satellite, Sputnik. It was popularized in Slovenia in 1969 with the founding of Vladimir Komarov Astronautic-Rocket modeling club in Ljubljana. Competitors handmodel their model rockets for achieving optimal height or optimal flight duration, depending on the category. Rockets are powered by blasting powder inside around 1 cm wide motors and their fall slowed down with parachutes or ribbons. Some categories, such as S7, are meant to represent real rockets and fly at the same time. In Slovenia there are many organized cups for children and adults and every two years there's also a world cup in different locations. With this hobby, people can have better precision and patience greatly.

+Rocket-Modellierung ist ein Sport, die Termine in den Anfängen der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts zurück. Es begann im Jahr 1954 mit Orville Carlisle den Modell Raketenmotor Prototyping und an Popularität gewann nach dem Start der ersten künstlichen Satelliten, Sputnik. Es wurde in Slowenien im Jahr 1969 mit der Gründung von Vladimir Komarov Astronautic-Rocket-Modellierung Club in Ljubljana populär. Konkurrenten handmodel ihre Modellraketen für eine optimale Höhe oder optimale Flugdauer zu erzielen, je nach Kategorie. Raketen werden angetrieben durch Pulver in ca. 1 cm breite Motoren Strahl- und ihren Fall mit Fallschirmen oder Bändern verlangsamt. Einige Kategorien, wie zum Beispiel S7, sollen echte Raketen darzustellen und zugleich zu fliegen. In Slowenien gibt es viele organisierte Pokale für Kinder und Erwachsene und alle zwei Jahre gibt es auch eine Weltmeisterschaft an verschiedenen Orten. Mit diesem Hobby, können die Menschen stark bessere Präzision und Geduld haben.
